bent
verb
1. to force (an object)  from a straight form into a curved or angular one,
2. to cause to submit or yield

noun
3.  direction taken, as by one’s interests; inclination
4capacity of endurance
Force causes things to change their shape.  Sometimes changing an existence to a stronger standing and others eroding it to a frail frame filled with empty memories.
Can energy be stopped from doing what it’s meant to?  From it moving things in a direction?  With some items, I believe yes.  With others, there is no barrier wide or tall enough to keep it from making it’s mark.  Leaving it’s mark.  Often deep and damaged.
Once something is damaged, can it be fixed?  Is there such a thing?  Well, yes if it’s not just a “fix” and more of a solution.  A mindful moment of action.
But you have to want to SEE things for what they are first.  This takes a declaration to yourself.  Even if it comes for just a second…to SEE we’re not broken, just bent.
